Landscapes

"Afternoon Light"
14" x 11"
$550
At our Plein Air Paint Out this year I decided to work down by Hillside. It gives an entirely different view of the valley when you're so close to the mountains. And the angled afternoon light shining on the fresh-cut meadows was spectacular!

"Austin's Meadow"
12" x 9"
$400
Another view near Hillside. The weather was great, no wind, gorgeous colors!

"Pretty Girls"
14"x11"
$500
These are some of the beef cattle we have on our place this summer...
this spot near the barn is one of their favorite hang-outs.

"Shades of Orange"
8"x10"
$350
This painting was done from an unbelievable view on Red Mountain Pass last year.
The  fall colors are without compare!
It won 3rd Place and Juror's Choice in our 2013 Fall Show

 "Farley's Corner"
16" x 12"

Visitors from the lower elevations drive up to "see the colors"
and you don't have to go far from Wetmore to see this display!

"Fire on Hardscrabble"
10" x 20"
$650
And then this greets you when you're coming through the turns...

"The Fish Pond"
14" x 11"

The aspen were very colorful this year...this was the pond behind our house
...and if you turned and looked the other direction, you would see this grove of massive aspens:

"Gold on Gold"
